We are excited about what God is doing in Moldova through Victor and Yolanda Neagu and Missionary Ventures GB for 2019.
And you can join us and see for yourself.
In May 2019 (May 23rd for 7 or 9 days) we will be going to Moldova and ministering to lots of children in the schools and children’s groups. We will give out bibles in the schools working with a fantastic Moldovan team who love to do sketches and have lots of fun sharing about Jesus and the bible stories.
We will be doing a few days of childrens’ work too in a small village where the children will be invited to play games, have lots of fun and hear all about Jesus.
This will be a great trip for children workers, musicians or anyone who has a passion to reach out. We also have plans for an outreach in the local market. So there is nothing stopping you.
Our estimated trip costs: (we tend to over estimate so that there are no surprises and if the budget turns out to be less then monies can be refunded):
Ground costs: Includes – Hotel, food, transport, fuel, insurance, Mission Trip Training,
Trip Dates: Thursday 23rd May to Saturday 1st June 2019
Budget ground costs: approx £500
(This figure is subject to change mainly because it will depend on how many others wish to join the team and the cost of the vehicle we will need to rent… any excess will be refunded)
Ground costs include
– Accommodation, 9 nights in a 2* Hotel on Bed and breakfast basis
– Meals, water and refreshment during the day
– Transportation to and from Airport in Chisinau, and all local transport to/from churches & schools.
– Insurance (if you already have annual travel insurance we can deduct this from the budget providing your policy allows voluntary work/travel
Flight Costs: £250 – £300 from Luton airport
Total Costs: Approx. £750 – £800
Main outline of ministry activities:-
Visiting schools with the Moldovan team of young people – joining in and assisting present worship/drama & whatever else is required.
Distributing Childrens bibles in schools.
Market outreach in Cahul, Joining & encouraging team to pray for people in the market
Evening Childrens ministry – using the ‘4 points’ as the basis to bring the Good News to the children – using craft/activities/songs etc (we need to plan this :D)
NB. There will be quite a bit of time spent travelling as Victor has made connections across southern Moldova where the churches and schools are based, but its all good fun and there is plenty of time to rest and enjoy times of devotion and fellowship with one another. Each time we return we have a different experience so I guess we should simply expect to see what God has in store for this trip!
