Blessings to you all! The snow has finally melted here, and we’re enjoying some much nicer days. Now that the cold weather is coming to an end, I’d like to tell you how things are going around here.
March began with a few days off for students and staff. We had a week’s spring break, which marks the beginning of the end of the school year. After these few days off, we’re back and ready to tackle the final stretch until the end of May, when the academic year ends.
In 2018, Matías joined the Baltic School of Ministry (BSM) staff in Latvia and has been based there ever since. He oversees the academic programme, including curriculum, scheduling, and ensures that the required number of academic hours is met. He communicates with teachers, invites guest speakers, and assigns subjects according to the strengths and calling of each teacher. Ensures all teaching is biblically sound and structured. He also teaches Old and New Testament surveys, Missions, Synoptic Gospels, and other subjects.

Much of our role is to work quietly behind the scenes, supporting and walking alongside those serving in different places. These reflections offer a glimpse into that wider work — just three of the many areas we relate to and involved in.
